Apathy Redefined: Not Apathy, But Intentional Exclusion

His major point that I would like to put out there is that people are not apathetic, selfish, or horrible .  There is a major difference in how information is put out for us to find.  If you look at an ad for a restaurant, for clothing, for a band playing; the first thing you see is where to find it, how much it costs, and maybe a website.

When you are looking at a notice for a planning board or for a political debate, this information is buried under paragraphs of bullshit that nobody will read.
